Please read carefully before placing an order.
01. Order & Project Start
Your project will officially begin once the required payment has been received and all necessary project details and materials are confirmed.
05. Final Delivery
A watermarked preview will be provided for review. The final unwatermarked files will be delivered only after full payment has been completed.
02. Payment Terms
Projects under $200 require full payment upfront.
Projects $200 and above require a 50% deposit to begin.
The remaining 50% balance is due before final delivery of the unwatermarked version.
06. Client Responsibilities
Please provide all required materials, references, and feedback in a timely manner to avoid delays. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any content you provide (images, audio, logos, etc.).
03. Delivery & Timeline
Estimated delivery time will be provided upon order confirmation. Delays may occur due to revisions, late responses, or changes in project scope.
07. Cancellation & Refunds
Cancellations are accepted only before work has started. Deposits are non-refundable once production has begun.
04. Revisions
Each package includes the number of revisions stated in your selected package. Additional revisions can be requested for an extra fee.
Revisions apply to refinements, not full concept changes.
08. Usage Rights
You will have full rights to use the final delivered video for personal or commercial purposes as agreed. AdMotion Studio retains the right to showcase the project in our portfolio unless a privacy agreement is made.
